•Process all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.
•Provides account services to customers by receiving deposits and payments; cashing checks; issuing withdrawals; trading finance businesses; currency exchanges etc.
•Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
•Represent the Bank in a manner that maintains and expands positive relations with all customers, potential customers and co-workers.
•Contribute to the fulfillment of department and company objectives and goals.
•Perform as a team member in allocating and coordinating the workflow.
•Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and requirements
•Bachelor equivalent or above
•Good communication skills in English and Polish (Above B2 is preferred)
•Necessary PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. Microsoft Office, Cash counter)
•Planned for a long term employment
