Liu Hongxing

Mr. LIU Hongxing holds a Master of Finance degree from Xi’an Jiaotong University and a Bachelor of Investment Economics degree from Shanxi University of Finance & Economics. He joins Industrial and Commercial Bank of China(hereafter referred to as ICBC) after graduation and holds a variety of management positions in ICBC Beijing Branch and ICBC(Canada). Mr. LIU works in Asset Risk Management Department of ICBC Beijing Branch from Aug. 2002 to Jan. 2006, serves as Deputy General Manager in Personal Loan Credit Management Department of ICBC Beijing Branch from Jan. 2006 to Oct. 2009, serves as General Manager of ICBC Beijing Miyun Sub-branch from Oct. 2009 to Jul. 2012, takes part in ICBC Global Management Development Program and studies in New York University Stern School of Business from Jul. 2012 to Aug. 2013, serves as General Manager of ICBC Beijing Economic & Technological Development Area Sub-Branch from Aug. 2013 to Nov. 2014, serves as Senior Executive Vice President of ICBC (Canada) from Nov. 2014 to Mar. 2019, and has been appointed as General Manager of ICBC Poland Branch since 30th of April 2019.

After arriving in Warsaw, Mr. LIU actively participates in the preparatory work for Polish-Chinese General Chamber of Commerce and got elected as the Chairman in 14th March of 2019.
